"Stephanie is both clueless and disorganized. After making a payment to reinstate my policy, she misled me into believing it wasn’t active when, in fact, it had been the entire time. Twice, she hung up on me, leaving Molly to handle the call. Molly confirmed that she, Stephanie, and Rett had all verified the initial information, but they were mistaken. This led to me panicking and getting a second auto policy because of their incompetence. I’m extremely frustrated because they all claimed to be assisting me, but instead, they misled me and failed to perform their job correctly. Thank you, State Farm Customer Service, for stepping in and fixing their mess, as this so-called ‘licensed’ agency is completely pointless and incapable of doing their jobs."

"Parker Scott has some of the best costumer service I have came across in a very long time!! He had answered all of my questions, and was very courteous!!! Thank you again for all your help. ****UPDATE***** After being with this company for only 3 months out of nowhere my monthly car insurance almost doubled. No one had a reason as to why. I was told I qualify for allll these discounts and never received anything. I’ve never had a payment go up like this!!!! Long story short I took my business elsewhere!!!!!!!!!"

Every time I had a very good experience with her, being always prompt ( even if I assured her there is no need to rush), knowledgeable in answer my questions, recently it was a quote and a house policy inquiry, and it's pleasant to communicate with her. "when you buy a home insurance ,policy is not on address of house . when the ownership is changed , they didn't responsible on home insurance . They will take too much money by automatic payment every year but if it happens something to your house they see only owner's name and don't pay anything to you .THER POLICY IS ON OWNER NOT HOUSE . THEY DONT TRANSFER THIS POLICY TO NEW OWNER . THEY FIND EXCUSE TO DO NOT PAY YOUR RIGHT .be careful with all of insurance office"
